In October 2012, 961 Engineering successfully completed the mechanical works for the Block E Building of Banque Du Liban in Beirut. The building houses offices and required Nine Six One to supply and install various systems to ensure optimal functionality. The project had a contract value of 1.87M$ and was managed in collaboration with Engineered Systems Int’l (E.S.I.) as the consultant and Danash Contracting & Trading as the main contractor.
As part of the scope of works, 961 Engineering was responsible for the supply and installation of essential systems such as the Chilled Water System, Heating Water System, Wet Sprinkler Fire Fighting System, Water Supply System, Sanitary Drainage System, Ventilation System, and a complete Building Management System (BMS). The installation of these systems was vital to the functionality of the building and the comfort of its occupants.
